"Jammer genoeg geef ik voor het eten 3 sterren. Dit komt omdat de friet te hard gebakken was en er in de zak heel veel kleine stukjes zaten. De kipsatéspiesen waren prima, heerlijke satésaus erover. De salade zag er goed uit, bovenop een paar komkommers, tomaatjes en een paar stukjes ei. Hierop wat saus, jammer dat er geen olie of saus op de salade zat, was zo wat droogjes. De dameblanche bestond uit 3 bananen bollen ijs, slagroom en warme chocoladesaus. Drinken was verder prima."

"Restaurant De Kloosterhoeve in Arcen is zeker een aanrader. Ondanks de drukte werd er duidelijk en vriendelijk gecommuniceerd, waardoor de sfeer ontspannen bleef. Het eten was prima in orde – en eerlijk gezegd heb ik dat bij restaurants op vakantieparken wel eens anders meegemaakt. Hier maakt het personeel echt het verschil: gastvrij, vriendelijk en met aandacht voor de gasten. Dat geeft de hele ervaring net dat beetje extra."

"Omdat de snackbar dicht was, bij aankomst op Klein Vink een zeer smakelijke zak patat opgediend gekregen met een bamischijf. De satésaus maakte het geheel af. Het was overheerlijk. Mooi gelegen pand, nette toiletten en de bediening was allervriendelijkst!"

"Der erste Eindruck versprach nicht so viel. Die freundliche Bedienung und der prompte Service belehren uns etwas besseres. Wer ein Schnitzel ala Figlmaier erwartet oder Ravioli wie in Neapel, darf nicht in den Niederlande speisen. Für holländische Verhältnisse schmeckte das beschriebene Essen sehr gut."
